As a company director of a successful growing business with 10+ employees, I require a part time virtual EA/PA to assist me. I need a mix of business administration, combined with assistance with personal errands.
This will be a long term role for an excellent, professional EA, with work increasing over time as I grow to value your service more. It will start at a few hours per week as we grow accustomed to working together.
Work would include:
- Data entry into our CRM system (Highrise)
- Data entry into Excel spreadsheets
- Phone calls on behalf of me
- Emails on behalf
- Sending notes to customers and contacts
- Internet research
- Arranging various personal errands
You should be professional, prompt, friendly and have the ability to work things out. Your English must be impeccable and indistinguishable from a native speaker. I am in Brisbane, Australia, so you should be available mostly within Brisbane working hours. Most phone calls would be to Australian numbers.
