Job Description

I'm in need of an assistant event coordinator to prepare for and join me on a trade mission in the GCC (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE, and Oman) December 7th - 11th. All travel expenses will be covered. Duties will include taking care of flights/transportation/hotels, reaching out to sponsors, handling invitations and rsvp's, preparation of conference materials, and being an on site troubleshooter. I'm looking for someone who has some experience in event coordination, is highly organized, and is great at multi-tasking and problem solving.
