Record German Words and Sentences for New Language Learning App!

Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.

Job Description

I need 4 German translators who can record audio versions of written words and example sentences for an exciting new, interactive, language-learning application. It's a short-term project, but I could possibly have other tasks for you in the future, if I like your work.

SUMMARY OF WHAT I'M WORKING ON AND WHY IT'S EXCITING:
I'm looking for 4 native German speakers who have excellent pronunciation in both German and English. The task is simple, but the project is really exciting! I'm developing a new language learning application that will allow real-time audio interaction with the study platform, which will then adjust the order of the study material, also in real-time, to the optimum order for the learner. Help me build the future!

SUMMARY OF THE TASK I NEED YOU TO COMPLETE:
What I need from you: I have a list of just over 4,000 of the most commonly used words in German. With that list, I also have:
1) an example German sentence,
2) the English counterpart (with occasional notes),
3) an English equivalent example sentence.

I need recordings of each (the german word, the german sentence, and english word, and the english sentence). I have a very easy to use app, which you can read and record directly into, on a computer I will give you access to, remotely. The technical skill set required to do this is very simple. If you can use a Windows program and have a good microphone, you will not have any problems.

TO APPLY, YOU MUST:
Record an audio version of the following short German text snippet, and include it (or a link to it) in your application. Only applications that include the recording will be considered.

"Ich kan natürlich Deutsch, und meine Ausprache is perfekt für deinen Projekt. Hier gibts 3 Gründen warum ich Perfekt bin: (list 3 quick reasons in your recording)"

I look forward to your application.

Sincerely,

Austin Szelkowski
