Create contact list for telemarketing for training class

I will be running two two-day training classes for IT people in the Bay Area, California, US. I want to market these classes to organizations in the area. This job is to prepare a list of people for me to contact.
I need a spreadsheet with the following information:
Organization name, organisation address, contact name, contact role in organisation, contact phone number (or organisation phone number), contact email address (email address is optional), web locations (URLs) where the information was found
Ideal contact people are Project and Program Managers, Middle and Senior managers (within and outside of IT), Development and Team managers and leaders, Business Analysts.
Information can come from places such as LinkedIn, Facebook, company websites, etc.
