I am looking for someone who can setup call tracking and forwarding using Twilio. I am also open to any other technology if it works.
Purpose is to set it in a way so that calls can get diverted to a virtual receptionist located in a different country for processing.
We are based in Sydney, Australia and our clients will call a regular Sydney number.However that call will then need to get transferred to our virtual receptionist in another country. This will have to be done with the best technology available but in a cost effective way.
We have existing Twilio setup. But we just dont know how to use it.
