Job Description


I am in desperate need of someone to help manage all of my customer support issues.

I launch digital products through various forums and self hosted and would like someone to help answer all of my support emails. These emails are typically non-technical in nature and I will help to walk you through the process at first.

I need someone who can get all of my emails checked, read and dealt with on a daily basis Monday through Friday on a consistent schedule (preferably u.s. based time).

Skills looking for:

Customer service skills
Abilty to ask questions if you aren't sure

This is a very easy and fun job for the right person.
