Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
1.Maintain and develop a computerised customer and prospect database on CRM
2.Make regular and scheduled outbound customer contact [cold calling and warm

4.Plan and carry out direct sales activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes,
values, product mix and timescales.
5.Develop ideas and create campaigns to major accounts by main market sector

account support, and liaison with Global Business Sales Manager.
8.Monitor and report on activities and provide relevant management information.

11.Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform

Scale and territory indicators and targets:
The main territory to be covered will be predominantly the UK & Ireland with an outlined
strategy to target the customers.
This will be communicated by the Global Business Sales Manager (GBSM) to the
Technical Sales Executive (TSE).
