Online banner creation for Facebook game
Closed - This job posting has been filled and work has been completed.
We have an incredibly addicting casual video game about to launch on Facebook. It’s a beautiful match-3 game (think Diamond Dash) with a twist, all centered around the lovable owl character.
We need someone who is very experienced in website banner creation that would be used to get new players to install the game.
Description of App:
The app is a game where the objective is fairly simple. Your mission is to stop the onrushing flood of jewels from threatening your nest. You clear jewels every time you get three (or more) jewels in a row which sounds simple, but the pace of the game builds quickly, and only the most skilled players will succeed! Add in a bunch of fun power-ups and weekly tournaments, and there’s a lot to hook players.
We have all character, game graphics, and backgrounds, so it's more a matter of arranging the elements into the most attractive/compelling format to get people to click on them.
Quantity and size:
We’d need 10 banner advertisements (4 sizes, with 2-3 variants so we can test which works the best). Each image would need a rest state and a hover state - that shows when the user's mouse is over the ad.
We’d also need 4 graphic images for Facebook ads (100 x 72 pixels - no text); we will create the text copy ourselves.
I’ll send over a Google Doc that lists all of the specifications if you’re interested.
This is just the start; we’d be looking at similar jobs every few weeks as we introduce new games or need new creative sizes. It’d be great to find a reliable, effective graphic designer who would be interested in a long-term working relationship.
If this is something that you're interested in, could you provide a rough estimate of pricing and next steps?
-Someone who has at least 75 hours on Odesk
-Someone who has a 4.5 star rating
-Someone who takes pride in their work and makes polished looking products
-Someone who speaks English well
Here's what you need to do next:
- Please reply with examples of your previous work including any video trailer examples you have done before.
*** IMPORTANT when you reply start by typing the code words: Go Niners
It’s silly but I need to make sure you’ve read the whole job posting, and that you’re confident your skills are a good fit.
