Offshore Financial Services Institution seeks a fully bilingual Japanese Customer Service Representative / Client Manager
- Provide daily customer service (mainly email-based) to Japanese brokerage customers in addition to servicing JP market needs.
- Excellent Japanese and English
- Customer Service Background
- Financial Industry Experience a plus
- Ability to Work Independently (i.e. work in a remote setting from a home office etc)
- Highly Computer Literate. Efficient with Handling Email Inquiries.
- Punctual / Courteous / Organized
- Full Time (8 hours/day)
- Paid Yearly Leave (21 Days)
- Yearly Bonus (Depending on Performance)
- Holidays on Japanese Bank Holidays.
- Willing to travel internationally on business trips
