Job Description

We are searching for someone who can help us create a "knowledge database" for our email customer support team.

We receive emails on a daily basis, a lot of which require similar responses. We have identified some of the similar questions and have compiled responses, what we need you to do is to continue this process with us and to create a simple system where our customer support team is able to answer all questions.

Please also indicate if you are available to work on our customer support team after this contract, or wether you have someone on your own team who could join us.
