As a GroupBDO LLC( www.groupbdo.com) Inside Telesales BDM- Business Development Manager based in Austin, TX, you will utilize demonstrated sales skills in the following:
w Meet or exceed revenue quota goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
*Key Metric: 23+ Appointments a month.
*Excellent English skills is a prerequisite for this position as you will be contacting top financial members (CFO, SVP- Finance, Corporate Controller, etc.) of large U.S companies.
w Meet or exceed daily activities metrics established by manager including but not limited to minimum number of 80-100 calls per day.
w Drive demand in your territory through focused telephone campaigns, web casts, and other innovative demand generation activities.
w Understand and work in all aspects of the sales cycle, including extensive cold calling, qualifying, presentations, demonstrations, negotiations and the closing process.
w Develop a unique follow-up methodology to ensure consistent and ongoing coverage of account or territory assignments based on your understanding of your sales opportunities.
w Communicating ROI to win opportunities to sell our clients BPO/FAO Services/Solutions.
w The ability to work remotely, and work cross functionally with various departments to execute on lead generation deals.
w The ability to work independently and thrive on ambiguity is equally critical to your future success.
w The drive and desire to close appoitments every month will be key to yours and ultimately the company’s Financial success.
3 years of Business to Business telesales experience with proven results in a quota-oriented environment and/or previous inside or outside sales experience, and an understanding of technology and technological innovations is preferred. Must have experience making 80-100 plus outbound calls per day including a minimum of 3 plus hours per day of connect time. Account management experience and relevant experience in sales for the technology industry, or both, is a plus.
