A unique and a rapidly developing web-project is in search for a full time customer support agent.

Qualified candidate will be responsible for providing help desk and telephone support to customers by answering questions and solving basic and intermediate problems related to the entire data processing system. Identify, assess and resolve problems through research, customer contact or communication with other department staff.

Required Skills for Help Desk Job:
- Excellent communication skills
- Good knowledge of computers and web
- Constant access to the internet
- Native English speaker
- Prior support experience.
- Skype

Recommended prerequisites for the Job:
- Experience with, systems
- Other languages (spanish, french etc..)
- Headset
