Job Description

Our web service is a web development tool. We are looking for tech support people who can read and understand questions from our customers, and provide good explanations and examples. Since the customers are website owners or webmasters, you need to have extensive web development experience to be able to succeed in this position.

In your application letter, please describe what CSS selectors are and provide some examples.

Sounding professional is very important for us. Applicants who make even a single mistake on punctuation, capitalization, grammar, etc., will not be considered. So, double check your profile and cover letter before sending.

The rate is $6/hour. This is a full time position. But, part timers can apply, in such case, you must commit to work at least 4 hours every day in the agreed schedule.
