All around virtual assistant needed for regular work. Monthly income with potential bonuses!
I need a few things done initially and then will need work done on a regular basis. Eventually I can see someone working 20-40 hours per week to build up a multitude of sites that will all have the same WP theme, but the content will be different for over 100 cities each site will represent.
1. I need to have research done on 10-15 niche keywords for the top 100 most populated cities in the US. Also, each keyword needs to be city specific and have a local search of 150 or more per month and a cpc (cost per click) value of at least $5 or more. All of this information can be found with the Google Keyword Tool. (Examples: Atlanta accountants or Boston plumbers) I will provide some seed idea keywords and a list of cities.
2. Make sure all of the 10-15 niches are buying advertising on Google Adwords. (You can find that information by clicking on the keyword and seeing if businesses are using Adwords in a Google search.) Then enter the information in to a spread sheet for analysis to pinpoint the 1-2 most lucrative niches for the top 100 cities.
3. Now, after I've picked 1-2 of the best niches; we will need you to search and locate 1-3 businesses in each city to get their name, phone etc. and enter that info in to a spread sheet for contacting.
