Microsoft Excel combine multiple files

Job Description

I need someone to combine 5 Excel files into 1.

Each Excel file is a different category, and each file contains a Contact Name, Email Address and ID number. Some contacts are in multiple categories.

I need all 5 files combined into one so each contact is a seperate row, with categories names as columns.

All up there are 1000 contacts including duplicates.

I need this done ASAP.
