I am presently seeking a nutrition consultant to assist me in a few of my goals as it relates to health and fitness. The person I seek has an extensive back ground in understanding food and the effects on the body. This includes understanding the glycemic index of food products, food combing and other recommendations as I will require guidance in. i will also share my current meal plans and what foods i eat and together we will design a program that works for me using foods i commonly consume. i do not need recipes, however i enjoy cooking and learning something new from someone else is a plus.
what you should know before applying for this project is i am not a newbie to health and fitness.
i will provide you information of my current nutrition and you will assist me food combing, timing and recommendation of the best foods for my health and workout goals.
