It successfully recruits highly qualified candidates with niche skills and now offers candidate search services to other agencies.
Main duties and responsibilities:
You will be sorting and tagging clients, companies and candidates on my ATS. There will also be other administrative tasks but it will mostly be on my database. You will have to email candidates and dependant on your experience and charges you may also be asked to put questions to candidates verbally. Other administrative tasks such as job posting and researching prospective clients could be part of your daily routine.
Expert knowledge of database administration.
You must be PC literate confident with using the Internet and emailing.
A good telephone manner is required.
You must have a computer and Internet connection.
You must be able and prepared to spend time on the Internet.
A keen eye for detail
Knowledge of how to use job boards
The ability to use Boolean search
Internet search/research experience maybe as talent acquisition or recruitment consultant
Data mining expertise.
Previous recruitment experience.
Responsible for: The Focus Point Recruitment database and other administration
Number of days per week: To be advised depending on workload
