Job Description

Our company is looking for motivated individual to work with us as a virtual assistant. The virtual assistant will assist us in performing the tasks that includes, but are not limited to:
• Marketing company services by making outbound calls and email marketing
• Answering inbound calls
• Doing online research
• Project management
• Reviewing resumes and communicating with individuals for the availability of their work.
The individual will be self-motivated and will have have 1 – 3 years of B2B sales experience (preferably selling services to small to medium sized companies – Experience marketing Language Services is preferred). This assignment will start up as temporary assignment 3 – 4 months, but could turn into full-time assignment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work in fast-paced team environment
• Familiarity with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point etc.) knowledge of In Design, Illustrator, photo shop and other design software is plus but not required.
• Fearless Aggressive attitude and is not afraid to call prospective clients.
• It is preferred that an individual have access to phone (Land line or VOIP) with capability to make unlimited calls all over US is preferred but not required.
