Create an ongoing mail merge using an existing list

I have a mobile phone store and I have a postcard that needs to be sent out when clients are at the end of their contract.
I have an Excel spreadsheet that has a list of all connections. With date cutoffs, I need to do merges of the data to a single-sided postcard to be printed each day.
I can't print the same data twice and I can't miss any clients.
The postcard design will have a special offer included on the postcard and it will have various details for the client.
In addition, I need to send an e-mail to clients using the same data with slightly different information. The e-mail is then used to convert to an SMS using an e-mail to SMS tool.
The postcard size is 240mm x 130mm and will be printed through the manual feed tray of a HP Color Laser printer.
I am open to other suggestions as to the best way to work to a solution. In the past I used an MS Access program but we have changed the front-end POS program so that is no longer possible.
