You will be my personal assistant, carrying out a wide variety of tasks.
You must have near perfect written English.
You will be checking the work of employees. You will be ensuring that they are staying on task and accomplishing their given tasks.
You will post jobs up on Odesk and hire candidates.
You will get them started on their work and check over their work.
Responding to Facebook questions, posting information up on social networks.
You will also be a go-between between myself and other employees.
I will be directing your activities, but you will also need to be able to take that direction and follow through to get the task complete.
You must know how to use Wordpress.
