Unique Sales Newsletter Once a Week via Fanminder. Also the drive to form our own Newsletter program that does not cost us a monthly fee as Fanminder does.
Change sales ads on website via Fanminder or website backoffice weekly to be in line with that week's sales ads.
The ability to stay in close contact with the team via Skype and Voice/Cam conference. Our team is all over the globe,so stay in touch with your team members when online.
We look forward to interviewing interested applicants, and need everyone to know that this position is for a very specific personality, and please do not be disappointed if you are not selected for this position, as if you stay in close contact, we may need you for future openings as the company grows.
The pay for this position cannot be much, as this is entry-level, but you can improve your pay by showing your services are increasing total revenue. I will emphasize this: THERE IS ROOM FOR ADVANCEMENT. If you're a man or woman of vision and have a strong ability for leading the team towards a successfully completed project or an ongoing effort to improve the company, this will be noticed and we'll want to see you as a more intengral part of the company.
DO NOT REPLY TO THIS JOB WITH A GENERALIZED RESPONSE. If you aren't willing to write out an initial job application, how can we expect you to write original sales posts each week twice a week? And yes, wee can tell the difference between a person applying for this position and a person applying for many.
If you are interested in this position, please write a two part summary of why you should be chosen as the perfect person for this position. The first part should be on your background, including any education, experience, or passions/hobbies you may have that would make you a better suit for this position. The second part should consist of your vision for what you want to accomplish as a member of the Small Pet Feeders team, including where you would start as our new SEO/Marketing Specialist, interesting sales ideas you may have, marketing strategies which you believe would work well with our business plan, and how you would increase our ranking in Google, Yahoo, Bing, and other search engines.
You are also free to put a third section of anything we should know. Speaking from the heart works well here, and I promise to read each individually and add any content in this third section, to whoever desires to fill this extra section, to our consideration when making the final decision.
Also include your requested pay rate. We are unable to pay much for an entry level position, but we really want to know what is the lowest amount you can work for as we would like you to be happy working for us, as it makes it easier for the independent contractor to be honest and fair with one's work, as well as producing a quality product with your hard work, which is much easier to consider a person for a raise in pay than a person who has been unhappy from the beginning because they are being paid less than what they actually need to complete the projects.
Quotes can be made in per job, per hour, per week, per month, or per year rates.
I look forward to personally reading your application.
