Customer Service Agent
The job will include the following duties and responsibilities:
1) Communicating between client and resort to confirm client reservations.
2) Handling customer questions & concerns including cancellations
3) Making customer service follow-up calls after each new client acquisition
4) Selling upgrades including additional travel nights, room upgrades, additional traveler upgrade.
Spanish/English Representative Preferred. Sales experience a plus. Excellent customer service skills and impeccable organizational skills required.
