Job Description

I am seeking a personal assistant to provide support in managing business and personal obligations.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication and organizational skills, with at least 10yrs experience in the administrative, management or PA field. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint certification or demonstrable skills required, as well as Skype and OneNote or Evernote.

My primary needs are related to research, scheduling, and organization. A typical day may involve requests to schedule dinners or personal appointments, hotel arrangements, blog posts, and consolidating notes provided as emails or scanned documents into OneNote or Evernote. Additional needs include categorizing receipts, updating budget worksheets via Excel, and scheduling bills.

I foresee this being a 4-8hr investment on your part, weekly. As we build our working relationship it is likely to expand across my businesses and extend to other family needs to include additional appointment scheduling, grocery list preparation, calendar management.

Interested individuals should be trustworthy and professional in their approach. Most communication will be via email or instant messaging between the hours of 6am and 11pm, with 8hrs or less as the goal to respond, 12hrs or less resolution.
