If you are a Superstar virtual assistant (VA) with a strong understanding of online or internet marketing (email marketing, social media, seo, SEM/PPC), wordpress, autoresponders, data entry, account management) and can work in PST time zone than we want to talk to you.
WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SEO/SEM contractors but more so VAs who have strong experience with internet or online marketing.
This is an urgent long term position. Here are the requirements:
-Must be able to speak, read, write and comprehend English well. You will be required to write emails, social media commenting and generate reports.
-Must be available to work part-time (10-20hrs week) in the PST time zone (no exceptions) can also work in EST time zone but prefer PST time zone)
-Must be a quick learner and be able to work with very little supervision but will be required to generate daily/weekly and possible monthly reports. Also will be required to use 3rd party time tracking software in addition to odesk to validate time worked
-Must be organized and be able to self manage, meet deadlines and most important- BE ACCOUNTABLE for your work/job and what you say you are going to do*****
-Must be strong and own a copy of Microsoft Office (2007 or newer) and must be strong in using MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
-Must have strong email marketing and autoresponder and lead capture experience. We use Instant Customer (a Traffic Geyser product) so any experience with Traffic Geyser products or any popular autoresponder system is a PLUS.
-Must be familair with using any of the following: project management software or service (Basecamp is what we use but any will do including Google Drive), CRM (we use HighRise or Pipedrive)
-If you have worked for online marketing company in the recent past, this is a PLUS as you should have experience and have strong understanding of this position
You will be required to do daily and weekly tasks typically within your daily or weekly quota. Tasks would include things like: data entry, email creation and management, email marketing/autoresponder, lead generations, account management (setting up internet marketing accounts and managing in the software and platforms we use), account manager to clients (email, skype, possibly over the phone), social media marketing (page creation, commenting, posting and updating), blog updating, some basic wordpress experience, liaison to our sales team, developers, etc, task delegation to other team members and employees, administrative tasks, proposal/contract creation and management, follow-ups with clients & prospects, customer service. etc.
Again, we are looking for the right candidate who is looking to grow with our company. Must be positive and have a great personality and attitude with the desire to learn new things as well.

You must also be available to work during PST time frame (EST is fine also but prefer PST time). Whomever we hire will be on a 1 month trial initially with an average of approximately 10 hrs week and then if we hire, will scale between 10-20hrs per week or more depending on workload and assignment.
In regards to pay: we will pay a weekly fixed rate of $30-$35/week for 10-20 hrs of work per week. The payment will be paid weekly.
