Sales and Support Specialist


Job Description

We are a cell phone sales,activations and bill payment service provider in association with the hottest brands in prepaid wireless and are one of the fastest growing wireless sales teams in the US.

As a Sales and Support Specialist, your job duties will primarily involve you receiving and returning calls both to and from individuals who are interested in our products and services and calling in for pre-sales or support questions. Calls are also related to bill payment processing where you will have to follow the workflow to trace the transaction in the system and use workflow diagrams to find the right solution for the customer and communicate it in a clear and precise manner to the customer.

- Aggressive, self-motivated, detail oriented, independent Individual with Strong Sales and Effective Communication Skills.
- Handle all administrative aspects of the sale including: Customer Service, Billing and Tech Support.
- Maintain knowledge of competitive offers and provide critical market feedback to the Team Leader regarding any reason a sale is lost.
- Keep up with the latest techniques in unlocking and flashing cell phones and understanding the competitive landscape.
- Be organized and understand workflow of different action items within the company to fulfill different customer and operations requests.
