Development and testing of an ath9k linux driver for the Atheros Wireles chipset . Ath9k is an open-source linux driver for 802.11 a/b/g/n platforms. The goal of the development is to write C+ code to identity smart phone MAC addresses in a enclosed space and track the traffic flow of customers based on their individual MACs. The APN devices we need to do the firmware update are from Open Mesh http://www.open-mesh.com/ and device specs are available online. We expect the amount of code to build this shell is around 200 lines and we further need to test the code in a live environment which will be part of the required work.
