Job Description

Form Functions: The form is for general reservation (hotel, limousine, event etc.)
Form can be pdf or php format

User:
Fill-out form, modify reservation (date, rooms, passengers, cancel etc.)
User can retrieve reservations using their confirmation # and email to modify/cancel reservation.
User receive automated confirmation once SUBMITTED and a copy of the confirmation by e-mail includes company policy etc.
User receive reminder about their reservations (automated).

Admin:
Password protected.
5 Level admin
Information will be stored in the database.
Can send and invoice or receipt to client
Able to view approaching reservation and send information to assign agent.
Send out an automated reservation reminder
able to send out a newsletter
must have the option to show the price rate
