NJ based Managed Services Provider is seeking a help desk candidate who is certified MCITP, with at least 3+ years of experience. You must have excellent English, experience with speaking to end-users, AND have great knowledge of Exchange. If you have previously worked with Labtech this would be a bonus, but isn't a requirement.
You MUST be able to work independently and think on your own, you will be responsible for managing alerts coming in from Labtech. You should know what we are talking about when I ask if you have experience handling back-pressure issues.

You will be joining a fast-paced, global, and professional team. Working hours are Mon-Fri EST (United States). Exact hours TBD but likely late afternoon/evening shift. Your location does not matter as long as you are willing to work in US Eastern Std Time. It is 100% remote.
