Job Description

I am a Busy Texas Realtor and help clients find rental apartments in Houston and Dallas,TX. I need to recruit someone for client followup and updates on weekly basis. There is no selling involve. Strong Telecommunication Skills,Excel,English and Good Accent is important. Things important to know are, the status of client's apartment search, their motivations, moving status and questions they might have. Clients need to emphasize the benefits of doing business with us. Clients needs to be understand that we want to build up customer relationship for long term. Getting Referrals from clients and client retention and future business is also important. Updates to Client's Database needs to be done on daily basis. I will update and provide contact list on weekly basis. This is a temp to permanent job. Serious Inquires only. Please provide your previous work experience in clients followups. I will also consider performance bonus at end of every month.
