Job Description

Job requirements:

Seek potential clients online that need a website or need their current website updated.
Write polite sales letters to the potential clients in a non-harassing manner in very well spoken English.
Adjust proposals and email contracts to interested clients to secure their deposits.
Send me weekly progress reports.

Job Benefits:

I will pay you for your time sourcing clients and for writing the sales letters ect. On top of that I will give you a 5-10% commission for all clients that you secure a deposit from.

My target market is clients with a budget of a minimum of $4000.00. I am not interested in working with clients that cannot afford this starting price point.

The commission pricing structure will be based on monthly sales. 1-5 website sales a month will earn you 5% commission. 6 website sales and up per month will earn you 10% commission on each sale after the first 5 at 5%.

To give you an example of the income potential:

1 website sale at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $200.00 - 5%
2 website sales at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $400.00 - 5%
3 website sales at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $600.00 - 5%
4 website sales at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $800.00 - 5%
5 website sales at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $1000.00 - 5%
6 website sales at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $1400.00 - 10%
7 website sales at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $1800.00 - 10%
8 website sales at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $2200.00 - 10%
9 website sales at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $2600.00 - 10%
10 website sales at the minimum of $4000.00 starting price point will earn you a $3000.00 - 10%

In this example you see that if you can bring me 10 new clients per month you will make your wage plus $3000.00. As many websites end up costing more than $4000.00 there is limitless potential for the right candidate.

Commission bonuses will be paid out on the last day of each month.

Application Process:

I have a test you must first pass in order to be considered for the position.

1. Find an awful website in Canada or the USA that is business, industry or commerce. Not a blog or a personal website.

2. Write a sales pitch letter to the owner of the website offering services to help them update their terrible website without actually saying how terrible it is, you must be polite and helpful and be careful to not offend them and only highlight the benefits of upgrading, you can emphasis what their competitors are doing and that they may possibly be losing business due to that ect. The letter should be short, polite and directly to the point. Definitely no longer than 400 words. The letter must be written in well spoken English, grammatically correct and of course contain no spelling mistakes.

3. Send me the letter you have written as your application for this position.

Applicants that do not respond with a written sales letter will not be considered or contacted. I am currently hiring one person at this time, but I will be short listing other applicants that impress me as I will be hiring more people at a later date.
