Job Description

I'm a mortgage broker | Realtor in Canada. I have a large database of spanish speaking clients who I like to service in spanish. I also have english speaking clients as well, so i need someone who speaks both english and spanish clearly.

Job description will be to maintain a client database, update it on regular bases, call the clients, on birthdays, to ask for referrals, to update any info, for surveys, etc.
I need someone who can think outside the box and can work with minimal supervision. If you are the person who tends to come up with new ideas and implement them without having me tell you what to do all the time, then you are the one.
you must have a pleasant voice and have good manners on the phone. You will be the client care advocate. Once a new lead comes in, you will be in charge of making sure the client is taken care of.
I provide a mortgage service and or real estate service. I need you to help with the marketing campaigns as well. Help generate new business, as well update the database once new leads come in.
Help place kijiji ads online, looking for new business and contact other realtors to get mortgage partners.
Another part of the job will be to contact clients and lenders once a mortgage transaction goes through, making sure all the documents are submitted and thanking partners for business received.
