The main focus of this project is to identify all of the first and second round draft picks in the professional sports of Major League Baseball, National Football League, National Basketball Association, National Hockey League and Major League Soccer for each and every year beginning with 2009 through 2012.
Once identified, you will provide the name and the complete contact information of each agency and specific the sports agent that represents each of the draft picks and specifications of the terms of the contracts they signed (example 3 years for $1 million dollars, signing bonus of $1 hundred thousand dollars.)
You will then identify which drafts picks actually signed contracts and made rosters with the respective teams, specifying the team.
You will then research the county real estate records where each player's Hometown is located and the county (and surrounding Counties) where the team they contract with is located. You are researching the property details of homes or condos they have purchased including the number of bedrooms and baths, square footage, price paid and the amount of land/acreage the home/residence sits upon. The purpose of the analysis is to develop a market profile of the player's real estate purchase(s) upon initial signing after being drafted.
This information is for a study and all data must be verifiable with sources completely referenced. Deliverable will be a customized Access database that includes the research results and an average determined for each sport and the incremental change of real estate purchase for every 5 draftees from top to bottom. Interested candidates must present a draft database design for information review. All references used to validate the obtained information must be cited on each record with web link or .pdf file copy.
