Do you have the skills to look through applicants, see who has what we need, offer them a job once approved, collect IDs and send an e-starter pack?

Then we need you!!!

You need GOOD English skills, ability to handle emails, maintain a spreadsheet of the applicants, contact them and be a first port of contact. The job requires research, checking references, looking into social media profiles.

You will need to have intelligence to see who is lying on their application, who is not honest with their documents, what is a professional and unprofessional application. You must be fast, have good attention to detail, and be very able to work on your own and not waste time on daily work.

Since you are remotely working, you need to be able to manage your own workload, NOT requiring constant supervision, able to work on your own, and to pick up each day from where you left off the day before. You should be able to have good management of the tasks as needed.

You will also help with admin tasks as needed; including word document production, internet research, typing, occasional phone calls, assist with due diligence.

The job will start off about 8-10 hours a week but may increase. You would need to be online during Europe hours to deal with management. You would need to work 2 hours a day Monday-Friday.
