Property Associate - $1,000 per sale

Telesales expert required for a commission only role within one of Sydney's largest Brand New Property companies.
I work within the sales team here at Find Investment Property and we get hundreds of enquiries per month from people looking to buy a property.
I want to expand this search and contact clients direct, that’s where the Property Associate comes in.
How the business works:
• The Property Associate is responsible for booking appointments for our Client Managers, email confirmations and manage the Client Managers diary;
• Client Managers will visit with the clients in their home and promote the benefits of buying property and invite the client to come in for a 2nd meeting
• The Client Manager meets again in the office (based in North Sydney) where the client is presented a property recommendation and the client signs contracts to buy a property
The system works very well and we are at a point where we need to expand, we are looking for hungry, driven & passionate people that want to make a very high level of income.
The payment structure is commission only but we pay a very high level of commission for successful sales.
Each Client Manager earns $3,000 per sale and for the service of the Property Associate a fee of $1,000 will be deducted from the Client Managers commission.
You collect $1,000 AUD per successful sale.
Don’t jump right in, test the waters, trial the scripting and if you believe that you can book 1 appointment per hour we want to speak with you.
We understand that commission only roles carry some risk but we have paid salaries to telemarketers for this role in the past with varied success, we do not want a telemarketer, we are looking for someone that is driven to move into a senior sales role within the business.
I have a maximum of 3 positions available and can provide phone access, database access, full scripting and training and will do whatever I can to help you succeed.
Good level of English is important but a drive for success is what I am looking for.
If you book 4 appointments per week you will get 1 sale, clients must pass a strict qualification process before meeting with a Client Manager to ensure the best chance for success and once we are in front of the client we have a 60% close rate.
4 hours per week of calling could result in $1,000 commission per week.
