Hello! My name is Mark Jensen, I'm a commercial real estate agent based in Salt Lake City, Utah. I have a vision of finding a personal assistant who is detail oriented, proactive, hard working, and likes to kick butt! I am looking for someone who wants to build a long term relationship and help me continue to build my empire. In my business I am EVERYTHING... I hunt for business, sell myself to get the business, then have to sell the Property, negotiate contracts, manage the transaction, then close the transaction... and do it all over again, meanwhile carrying 50 other projects in various stages of my sales cycle. Meanwhile I'm trying to build my brand, write a book, coach and help others... and manage my personal life. I'm a busy guy - and the right virtual assistant can help me take over the world (figuratively speaking). I am looking for someone who can work 30 to 40 hours/week and focus directly on my business and be available real time (9 to 5 Mountain Standard Time US or similar, maybe 8 to 4, or 4 10's) so that we can propel our business to having the best year ever in 2013. I have lots of research projects we can work on to begin with, letters to write and campaings to work on, people to call back, flyers to provide to prospective buyers, marketing proposals to put together... and lots and lots of research if we want it.
