German Speaking Phone Support Agent


Job Description

Our company is an online market research agency specialized in the healthcare sector. We interview physicians concerning their experiences and opinions towards any health-related subject.

We are currently conducting projects in Switzerland which require a phone support. The objective of the call agent is to invite physicians via phone to participate in our studies and to get their contact details (primarily emails and faxes) in order to send them details of our studies. The calls have to be made from Monday to Friday between 9am to 7pm.

All the calls can be made from home, you will only need a computer, headphones and an internet connection.
