Mobile Game KITTEN ROCKET on Unity-3D needs help to reach the finish line

We are a small mobile games company who have been developing a simple, 2D endless level-style mobile game. Recently our main programmer has been unable to complete the work, due to various other life-related responsibilities. Because of that, we are seeking a new person to help us complete this title, which is about 80% or more complete.
The game, Kitten Rocket, is built on the Unity 3D engine, so you must have a good amount of experience working in Unity. In addition, any insight or suggestions are always appreciated to make this game better.
You will be following a Google Doc spread sheet of items with things left to do. Many of these should be relatively simple to implement or minor bug fixes. Some are also feature implementations, but none of it is considered very difficult.
Probably the biggest thing left to do is implement the menus, start screens and things of that nature.
There are about 20 items currently on this list. Your job would be to knock those off the list and any other bugs that might pop up in the process. All art and other assets are already provided in a Dropbox folder you will be working out of. You MUST work in the Dropbox folder.

I anticipate this project to be relatively short. I would like everything finished within 3-4 weeks. The game is slated for the iOS App Store, Windows App Store and Google Play store at the moment. You will also be expected to make any changes should the game not be reach certification, for whatever reason. However, that is not anticipated to be a problem!
We are looking for a long term partner to work with on finishing Kitten Rocket and other future projects. Hopefully this will be the start of a great partnership.
