Web 2.0 Online Training (Software and Government Rules)
We are looking for an online who is obsessed with customer service, analytics, process driven, time management proven and has high performance of training delivery and customer service. Familiarity with Go To Meeting, Skype and any other CRM essential.
You wlll be required to learn our system and the government legislation around our domain very quickly. You must have experience in training procedures, processes, measurements and continuous improvement aptitude. We have in in house trainer who you will work closely with. You will overlap shifts with our in house person, so that you can supply training either before or after business hours (Australia shifts of 6am -12pm or 12pm-8pm) for our new members.
The job would require you to learn our sector and cultural and coloquial capacity to service our unique customer profile of education and care providers.
We want to provide both online and offline support and our online team needs to be as good as our offline team, not supplementary or secondary. You must be able to work without supervision and only 1 chance failure will apply.
