A customer support team to handle semi-technical customer questions, handle objections, process refund requests, communicate with technical development team, etc.
Searching for individuals who are critical thinkers and can satisfy customers on the fly without having to use a script or templates when answering questions. Initially, ALL support will be handled via e-mail but phone support may be incorporated in time.
