We are looking for an experienced account managers to oversee key accounts. They should have a high proficiency in project management, a proven track record of excellent customer service and a commitment to quality work. The account manager will ensure successful delivery of all client projects from inception to execution. Establishing strong, confident relationships with clients, the successful applicant will have the ability and experience to consult with them on requirements and marketing strategies.
Will provide leadership to the project team by managing activities required throughout the workflow process.
Manages projects to ensure client delivery is on time and on budget.
Consults with Account Director and client to drive campaign and project objectives, defining success measures and taking responsibility for delivering high quality work.
Forecasts and mitigates project risks, can prioritize and manage internal relationships to drive to solutions.
Takes ownership of project financial documents; gathers project estimates, scopes of work, manages budget control reports, and coordinates invoices pertaining to projects and campaigns.
Can lead diverse teams to ensure quality output whilst fostering positive and effective working relationships.
Research and understand the clients needs and best match them with the agencies services.
Manages communications across several different teams: the development group, creative groups, strategic planners, and media strategists.
Responsible for managing projects from inception to execution—drives to understand marketing strategy, gathers requirements, can write effective briefs, schedules and manages milestones and oversees project communications through a duration of projects.
Can pro actively manage multiple projects at once.
Key point of contact for all client projects.
Manages strong, confident client relationships.
Anticipates client issues before they arise and communicates solutions that address them.
Leads discussions on solutions to client problems.
Speaks confidently during client presentations.
Understands and shows an interest in client business and challenges.
Manages the creation and maintenance of cost, forecasting and resource estimation.
Is familiar with agency finance, time sheeting and forecasting processes.
Experience in creating strong relationships with internal agency teams.
Creates a positive and collaborative working environment.
Exceptional communication skills.
Communicates information effectively, displaying excellent verbal/written and presentation skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
Can lead from the front and train junior team members on project management and client relationship competencies.
Highly organized and proficient at problem solving with an ability to work under pressure and adjust or prioritize when faced with shifting timelines.
Detail oriented with an ability to coordinate project schedules, manage financial documents, and organize assets and information.
Has mastered the understanding of when to request more information and when to pursue solutions/answers from independent sources.
Remains current on industry trends and digital marketing and design thought leadership.
Has an aptitude for working with technology.
Understanding of, and experience with IAB ad standards, Facebook
Advertising Guidelines and leading social media platforms.
Customer service oriented.
At least 3-5 years of professional experience or agency experience.
Proven experience in managing multiple mid to large size accounts.
Proven ability to manage effective team interaction and can demonstrate working with a variety of different team members to achieve results.
Looks for opportunities to acquire additional learning and broaden knowledge base by taking on new tasks and responsibilities.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in media, consulting, venture capital, corporate development or business development.
Interactive advertising experience and thorough knowledge of the tools, techniques, players, and business models in the industry is strongly preferred.
Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Proven ability to be self sufficient in a rapidly changing landscape.
Excellent verbal communication skills and an ability to work individually or in a team environment.
Self-directed and comfortable working within an entrepreneurial environment.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and demonstrated experience in detailed financial modeling, analysis, research and presentation creation.
