General IT troubleshooting required - viruses, slow PCs, software installation
Level 1 - 2 - Networking skills
Windows XP/Windows Vista/ Windows 7 troubleshooting skills - Apple Mac a bonus
Use of remote desktop software (Logmein)
Good English Skills (written and verbal)
Good documentation skills
Good customer service skills
Good all rounder with PC troubleshooting
Must pass IT competency test
