Job Description

Provide outstanding customer support
Solve customer problems via telephone,email and chat support
Provide demonstrations and training to our clients
Provide 24/7 coverage when required

Required Skills:
2 years software support experience
Excellent communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in mass messaging industry (i.e. Constant Contact-like companies) required
Knowledge of HTML programming as it relates to email marketing
Knowledge of email best practices
Experience using Dreamweaver and Adobe Acrobat
Understanding / Working Knowledge of SQL
Teamwork philosophy a must

Prefer someone who is fluent in French (specifically Canadian French)
