Our company is looking for a well qualified accounting assistant to do data entry and bookkeeping using an online accounting system (Kashoo) similar to quickbooks online. Below is a list of what we will need for you to do and our requirements
· Journal entries
· Bank reconciliations
· Financial statement preparation
· Sales reports and analysis
· Cash reports
· Budget preparation
· Enter wire deposits
· Prepare monthly journal entries
· Minimum of two years relevant experience
· Excel, Word and other MS Office software
· Degree in Accounting
· Excellent verbal and written skills.
· At least 500 hours of proven relevant experience
The first task would be to do the data entry for 2012, since taxes in the US are due in a few weeks. I will provide you copies of bank and other financial and transactional records.
