• Chinese – Native language
• English – High proficiency (Writing and Speech)
• +2 years Online Marketing experience (Media Buying/Affiliates/Selling/Account Management)
• Reaching goals, targets and handling large budget assignments while keeping positive returns on investment. Results driven! (CPM, CPC, CPL and CPA)
• Skilled at data mining and autonomously finding information online - a must!
• Proficiency using MS Office applications, Spreadsheets, Reporting tools; etc
• Excellent negotiation skills required!
• Familiarity with various ad serving platforms; DoubleClick DFA – huge advantage!
• Previous work experience in the Forex/Binary/Gaming industry – significant plus!
• Intensive daily monitoring of Ad Campaigns on Publisher Networks and Media Agencies - account management, maintenance and upkeep of multiple business ventures and deal types. Negotiation of contractual agreements to maximize account activity by means of mutual goals and trust building.
• Recruiting and developing new channels for advertising and brand recognition including marketing strategies, media planning and campaign execution.
• Maximizing channel yield while optimizing on spend and activity ratios (Familiar with different optimization schemes and terminology: CTR, CR, ROI, CTL, eCPA; etc).
• Budget management and reporting, preparation of spend updates and monthly media planning.
• Ongoing report Analysis of each campaign, identification of statistical trends, recognition of potential growth vs. loss and other performance issues.
• Skilled negotiation and obtainment of optimal rates and ad spaces via different deal structures with advertising agencies, direct publishers, media sales networks and other internet entities.
• Monitor and QA Creative prior to campaign launch to ensure compatibility with target demographics.
