Technical Support Representative - Phone and Email

Job Description

We are looking for a support representative to work part time as a part of our Technical Support team with the intentions of being hired full time.

You will be supporting our 2 main product lines Home Office Pro ( www.homeofficepro.net ) and Response Magic ( www.responsemagic.com ).

We use the Support system Zendesk for our incoming tickets but we also need someone who will answer the support phone lines as needed.

Our office hours are 9am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time Monday-Sunday.

Training on our applications will be provided but experience in technical support is a must.

A High speed Internet connection which can support VOIP is a must.
