Job Description

Candidate MUST be located in Australia (preferred) or New Zealand.

-- Coordinate article submissions for company newsletter on weekly basis and ensure all necessary details are obtained on time
-- Edit, review and proofread as necessary; localise language use/phrasing if required
-- Coordinate and publish up to 12 versions of newsletters using software provided
-- Work closely with client and agency on all of the above
-- Provide regular updates and report to agency lead via Skype or other conferencing software

-- Excellent command of English, a native speaker and from Australia or New Zealand (so you have a local context and understand cultural differences)
-- Service-oriented
-- Fast learner
-- Comfortable with technology
-- Able to work independently from home or at client's premises
-- Able to commit at least 10-15 hours per week - about 10% to 25% of this time will be for conference calls at pre-determined times
