I need an animator to create a large volume of generic moves

I'm currently working on a fighting game and I need an animator to help me create a large volume of generic moves for a basic skeleton. Then I need help taking those animations and retarketing them to different characters. The fighting game will be in Unity, so familiarity with animation of unity is a plus. since I need over 200+ hundred animations, the amount per animation is low. Also will nto pay in advance, will pay 25 percent when 25% of animations are completed, and 50 percent when reach the 50% mark, and so on.
Most animation less than a second. moves such as simple punch and kick, or duck.
