Virtual Assistant for business consultant

We are looking for a motivated, organized, and talented virtual assistant to help with various tasks for both our company and our clients.
Contractor must be web savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office, cloud-based CRM software (Zoho), social media, and have excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Flexible on hours but need to be available at least 1-2 hours per day (Monday-Friday) sometime between 7a-7p PST. Experience with Zoho CRM/Project apps and Wordpress a huge plus!
Responsibilities to include:
1. client communications & scheduling
2. social media research & posting
3. article writing
4. Wordpress site posting/edits (no coding experience needed)
5. video posting (no editing experience needed)
6. travel arrangements
7. email list management
8. client follow up
9. data entry & database clean-up
10. misc. admin tasks
Initial needs are 5-10 hours per week but could increase quickly in addition to potential project work from clients. Please feel free to ask any questions and provide examples of past clients you have worked with. Thank you!
