Job Description

Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
Prepare and manage correspondence, presentations, and interact with internal staff members as well as external clients.
Mange email campaign from 8am ¬ 5pm PST Full time.
Compile, assemble, and analyze relevant data and information by conducting research.
Manage, arrange, and schedule meetings with clients, consultants, and internal members.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently to the appropriate party in a professional manner.
Ensure effective coordination and management of work, as per priority, and review summarized reports and other relevant documents.
Execute a wide variety of details that involve direct mail, email broadcast campaigns, outbound calls, and customer communications.

Candidates must have:
Must be able to Type
Native English Speaker
Excellent organizational skills
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external associates.
Ability to complete work assignments on time.
Detail and customer service oriented.

High Quality Headset

Basic Computer Skills - Web, Windows, Office

PAY RATE $2.50 per hour
