Customer Service and Admin Superstar Needed to Head Web Agency Team
I am seeking a virtual assistant for an exciting new position in an up-and-coming digital marketing agency.
The successful candidate will be in charge of much of the day-to-day operating procedures of the business. You will need to be strong in:
- ENGLISH SKILLS - NATIVE SPEAKERS MUCH PREFERRED, OTHERWISE ENGLISH MUST BE PERFECT
- Good phone and email skills
- Able to respond to customers according to company policy
- Able to delegate tasks to other workers as required
- Able to communicate info from customers to other workers effectively
- Think on your feet and make decisions without me having to micro-manage what you do
- Knowledge of SEO and online marketing in general will be very helpful too but is not required
- Coding, Wordpress or design skills will also be a huge benefit
- Loyalty, dedication and reliability
- Sales skills would also be valued but are not necessary
Excellent communication skills are absolutely key along with an ability to learn. You will need to be trained to handle a lot of processes and deal with people within the business with a range of talents, as well as dealing with clients via email and potentially on the phone.
The role will begin part time and eventually grow to full time with an increase in pay.
